These sessions provide an opportunity for all colleagues to achieve a core level of understanding of what 'consumer protection' means.

About this event
These sessions provide an opportunity to review key content in the training slides available on the intranet, for colleagues to raise questions and clarifications, and for discussion about the implications of consumer protection for colleagues in day to day activity and decision-making. They will be attended by staff from Academic Quality, Marketing & Communications, Legal Services and OVC, who have worked together to produce the training materials. There will be an opportunity after the session to provide feedback on the training materials and discussion sessions, and on the type of training and communication on this issue that staff would find most useful going forward.
Wednesday 23rd March [Teams)] 3-4pm: This session is aimed in particular at Programme Leaders and Heads of Department, to provide an opportunity for discussion about the impact on consumer protection on those roles, but all staff are welcome.
